Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
